Shipping costs

Products shipped by Butterfly Twinkles are sent via the United States Postal Service with the cost of shipping based upon weight and distance from Butterfly Twinkles' location.  NOTE:  All packages ship via Ground Advantage.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Butterfly Twinkles typically ships on the next business day after receipt of an order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.  Orders that are received after the daily carrier pickup or on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, will be considered as purchased on the next business day and shipped the next business day after.  Butterfly Twinkles reserves the right to use another shipping service other than USPS at its own discretion.  We do not offer local pickup or delivery.

Shipping restrictions

Butterfly Twinkles ships only to the United States of America and its possessions.

Missing or lost package 

Butterfly Twinkles provides a shipper's tracking number with every package that is shipped and, said tracking number is provided to the buyer via e-mail on the day of shipment.  If the package is marked as delivered and the receiving party does not receive the package, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the shipping service to determine the status of the delivery.

International shipping

Butterfly Twinkles does not ship internationally.
